VIDEO – Drama As Man Strips to His Boxers, Takes a Bath at Meru Town’s Fountain

Residents in a Meru town were left in deep shock and disbelief after being treated to a rare scene when a smart looking chap decided to remove his shoes, strip down to his boxers before doing the unthinkable in broad daylight. The guy who did not appear mad at all, simply stripped down to his boxers then shamelessly went ahead to bath in the glare of public.
I don’t know what weird thought might have crossed his mind or what kind of expired drug he might have been on, but this kind of an action in the middle of a town, needs to be questioned. Below is the shocking clip.
