NTSA has declared a crackdown on matatus with graffiti and loud music. A few of us are still wondering why graffiti should bother anyone, even after the president previously expressed support for the artwork.
In an unrelated matter, this pickup truck was spotted carrying mattresses nearly 3 times its own height. I don’t think this is very legal. Perhaps these are the people who should be hunted down.
