Alfred Mutua Illuminati… Other Governors Thoughts About Machakos Governor

We are always on the look out for developments at the county level. Unfortunately, the only newsworthy stories come from Machakos. From Machawood, to Machakos stadium, to the police vehicles, and most recently Machakos People’s park.
Sometimes I’m left to wonder, is Mutua a just good PR guy, or are the other governors doing nothing?
