A few weeks back, Churchill show comedian Eric Omondi had this dramatized joke, where he played Jesus. He was trying to demonstrate what would have happened if the son of God was Kenyan and in this case, from Kisumu.
His disciples bring fish, and Jesus miraculously multiplies and cooks them. Omondi also turned stone into bread to feed himself and his disciples. This was after walking on water.
Now, according to Standard newspaper, Nairobi Pentecostal church, where Omondi is a member, did not buy the joke.
The church leadership summoned and warned him, and you can be sure there will be no religious jokes again.
