The ‘Butterfly’ hitmaker is a graduate of the University of Nairobi and when he is not making music, he is busy working on a building project. His latest project is The Hub Karen, described as the shopping jewel of Nairobi.
The Ksh 4 Billion shopping mall will be Kenya’s second biggest after Thika Road’s Garden City upon completion. Set on a 20-acre land near the Karen shopping centre, the commercial complex will reportedly comprise specialist shops, a “green supermarket”, 2,000 square metres central open space (community and social space), a blend of leisure options such as cinema, gym, spa, jogging track, lake with fishing activities, orchid garden and extensive green areas, amphitheater, over 1,000 vehicle parking slots among others.
Nameless is apparently one of the architects behind the project and shared a photo on social media captioning it, “#Sitetingz…..The Hub Karen almost complete!!”
