Tanzanian model turned entrepreneur Hamisa Mobetto has denied that Diamond Platnumz had a hand in the acquisition of her new Prado vehicle.
Taking to Instagram, the mother of two said she bought the ride with her own money. She noted that she has been working hard and Diamond did not contribute a cent towards the car.
“I’ve been working hard. I have had like three sleepless weeks. I bought that Prado myself. I sold my old car and topped up to buy myself this Prado,” she said.
“I bought it with my own money, no one ever contributed to buying me the car. If Diamond helped me, I wouldn’t refuse to acknowledge him.”
Hamisa also addressed speculation that she could be rekindling her old flame with the Wasafi boss after being spotted together in public. Most recently, Hamisa styled Diamond for highly publicized Zuchu concert.
When asked if she is getting back with Diamond, Hamisa said anything is possible and it’s too early for her to close the door of a possible romantic relationship with the hitmaker.
She said they communicate a lot and often see each other.
“First of all, everyone should know that Diamond and I speak a lot. Whenever I have a new business idea, he always advises me. I also advise him when he needs it, so we often see and support each other,” she said.
“Marriage is a sensitive thing. It is all planned by God and I don’t know what the future holds. I do not have an answer to that question,” she added.
