The outspoken lawmaker Millie Odhiambo has once again been forced to tell off a lovestruck admirer who slid into her Direct Message (DM) seeking an amorous relationship with the Mbita Mp.
Taking to her Facebook page, Millie Odhiambo revealed that her suitor was “very good-looking Caucasian male in his 30s to 40s”.
Millie also shared some excerpts of her online conversation with the man who tried to woo her under the pretext of helping Millie and the Women leaders’ umbrella body, Embrace.
“I am your admirer. I follow you especially your work on Embrace with women. I come from America but currently visiting Kenya. I can connect you to people who can sponsor Embrace. I would love to meet you,” the unnamed admirer told the MP.
The firebrand politician turned down the admirer’s advances and further warned any other admirers out there to look elsewhere.
Here are excerpts of the conversation she had with her admirer:
“Recently from my inbox,
Unknown person: Hi beautiful.
My response: Who is this please?
Unknown person: I am your admirer. I follow you especially your work on Embrace with women. I come from America but currently visiting Kenya. I can connect you to people who can sponsor Embrace. I would love to meet you.
(Then posts photos of a very good-looking Caucasian male in his 30s to 40s visiting various places in Kenya. One of the photos only shows his naked upper torso.)
My response: Unfortunately I am neither in Embrace nor in a position to meet you or assist you.
(I think this guy takes “Embrace” to mean “embrace”.)
“Guys please, at my age, I tend to think more now of who is trying to date my grandnieces. If I was a man I would say, “The sword is getting rusted”. Look elsewhere,” she wrote.
Last year, Millie exposed another young man for pestering her with phone calls.
