Television news presenter Lillian Muli’s new hairdo is all the rave on social media.
The Citizen TV anchorwoman on Monday night left her fans on Instagram in complete awe after unveiling the stunning new look. The last time Muli shared about her natural hair with her over 660K followers on IG, she had 8-Month-Old dreadlocks.
The so-called sisterlocks are no more. According to Muli, she cut them down because they thinned after she had a baby.
“I shaved my locks because they thinned after I had a baby…I will miss them though. You Live once have fun while you’re at it. Do stuff that makes you feel good,” said Muli.
The mother of two also hailed her hairstylist of over 10 years for always getting it right. “….this guy has done my hair for a decade and I don’t need to explain twice when I need something done. He just does it right.”
Fans of Muli, who are usually used to seeing the newsreader in weaves, left hundreds of endearing comments.
“I love it I’m so tempted to copy,” wrote former KTN business reporter Cynthia Nyamai.
