Once again, award-winning Kenyan gospel singer Willy Paul is ruffling feathers with a new song featuring a secular artiste.

Titled ‘Bora Uhai’, Willy Paul is assisted by rapper extraordinaire Khaligraph Jones to deliver more of a club banger than a gospel hit. It is produced by Willy Paul himself at his stable- Saldido Records, while the video is by True D.

In addition to courting controversy for lacking gospel content, the song is apparently plagiarised from another song by the same title by rappers Gorilla and Sadatt.

The two songs share a striking similarity in their hooks, with Willy Paul standing accused of copying from the rappers who released their version of ‘Bora Uhai’ in July this year.
