Valentine’s Day yesterday brought its fair share of beautiful love stories and surprises. As it turns out, the lover’s holiday included more than just conceiving babies but delivering them.
This after gospel singer Bahati and his prayer-turned-life partner Diana Marua welcomed their bundle of joy. What started as speculation about a baby in Diana’s bun months ago finally culminated in a bouncing baby girl named Heaven Bahati.
The baby girl was delivered Wednesday morning at the Karen hospital. She weighed an impressive 3.24 kgs and Bahati was more than elated about becoming a dad, taking to Instagram to post: “GLORY TO JESUS!!! This Morning this Girl Diana_Marua has given me the greatest gift of Life#BouncingBabyGirl 3.24kgs ❤ Help Us Welcome HEAVEN BAHATI.”
The Award-winning gospel musician also shared with his over 740K followers a video of Baby Heaven’s first cry.
He captioned the clip: “And then I heard her First Cry ??? #PriceLessFeeling.”
In keeping up with the celebrity trend, the lovebirds who wed last October, have already opened an Instagram account for their one-day tot.
At the time of going to press, Heaven Bahati already had 3,800 followers.
Hours later, another Kenyan public personality received “The best God given Valentine’s Day gift from heaven.” KTN TV presenter and reporter Zubeidah Kananu Koome delivered a bouncing baby boy early morning on Valentine’s Day.
An overjoyed Zubeidah took to social media to break the news and shared a picture that was taken moments after delivery.
She wrote: “The best God given Valentine’s Day gift….My heart is filled with joy, my lips are filled with praise…. #ImBlessed#CelebratingGodslove ❤ ❤❤❤.”
