A Form Four student is admitted in hospital after he was shot in the head in Nairobi’s Buru Buru estate.
The victim, a student at Don Bosco Secondary School in Embu, was shot by an unknown assailant on March 4.
Ms Esther Sakwa, a Buru Buru resident, told detectives that she was at her shop near SOS village when she heard a gunshot.
“She went out to enquire and found him lying in a pool of blood. He had a bullet wound in the head,” reads a police report.
The student was treated at Jamaa Hospital before being transferred to Nairobi West Hospital.
According to initial investigations, the student a victim of a gang attack over “a deal gone sour.”
Police are looking for suspects.
