bahatiGospel wonderkid Bahati is optimistic that he will be joining Daystar University after missing out on admission early this year.
Speaking to Pulse, the singer said he has been consulting with the campus to get advice on how best to balance his music career and school life.
“I did not want to get started and stop along the way because of making uninformed decisions. That is what has kept me waiting a bit but, yes, I’m going to Daystar University,” He said.
The hitmaker also addressed his detractors after he wrote an open letter to the President. According to a section of social media users, the singer penned the letter as a publicity stunt to grab media attention.
“It does not matter what they say, I am serving my noble duty as a citizen of this country. I was addressing a very serious issue and I don’t wish to address people who simply want to make a joke out of every good effort made,” Bahati said.
