Double Tragedy: This Guy Recently Moved his Money from Imperial to Chase Bank

Recently we read of Brussels bombing survivor who had also survived Paris attacks as well as Boston Marathon bombing a few years ago.
With the closing of Chase Bank yesterday, some people find themselves in the same predicament.
A few months ago, Dubai Bank and Imperial bank also went under. Some customers are yet to receive all their money, and the CBK capped withdrawals to just few hundred thousands.
It so happened that some of Imperial customers sought refuge in Chase Bank.
