Raila Odinga’s Daughter Winnie Odinga on Why Dating is Hard in Kenya (VIDEO)

Kenyan lads have been put on blast, albeit indirectly, by the daughter of former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. According to Winnie Odinga, dating in Kenya is hard because most ‘Kenyan guys have decided that their headquarters is the bar.’
Winnie Odinga was speaking during an interview with Betty Kyalo on KTN when she revealed that dating in this country is hard compared to other cities where she has lived.
She said that her mother who she is very close to, advised her against dating a man she met in a bar.
“My mum is great. We are so so close. She teaches me how to be a lady and a woman in the house.” She said.
On who she should she marry, she stated, “At this point I’m just waiting for her to bring me somebody because it’s like all Kenyan guys have decided their headquarters will be the bar. I’m not trying to follow them there.”
Winnie also opened up about her work with Green Outreach Foundation (GOF), a foundation charged with developing sources of renewable energy in Kenya.
She also revealed what it was like growing up in a political family and her relationship with her father, her sister Rosemary, her brother Junior and her late brother Fidel Odinga.
