When most of us get an opportunity to meet the Deputy President, we would be star-struck and often not know how to behave.
DP William Ruto was however surprised by this particular asphalt paving machine operator who seemingly paid no attention to him. It was so bad that he did not even realize that Ruto’s hand was in the air waiting for him to shake it.
Well, Ruto, Kipchumba Murkomen and some other guys were eventually forced to talk to each other before showing themselves out.
