Terrorists are changing tact from using explosive devices to shooting their targets. This way they can be sure their target is really dead.
We’ve heard survival stories from Garissa, but perhaps more lives could have been saved if there’s some proper education out there. Begging for mercy from the terrorist should be One big NO. 90% of the time, they’ll shoot you anyway.
