Sometimes, some of the biggest fast food outlets get the most embarrassing feedback from totally irked and dissatisfied customers. Last year we saw Java House get blasted by Capital FM’s Anita Nderu over what she termed as poor customer services.
This time, KFC has come under heavy criticism from a very concerned customer who claimed to have found worms in a chicken leg that he had bought at one of their outlets. Here is how the dissatisfied customer expressed his disappointment in the fast food joint.
