The switch off by the ‘big three’, NTV, KTN and Citizen TV has played right into the hands of River Wood producers.
The ever enterprising merchants from downtown Nairobi are cashing in big time on DVDs from popular local shows like Churchill Show. The comedy show is one of the most watched locally and season two is selling like hot cakes on the streets.
The DVDs go for Ksh 100 – 200 depending on how well you can bargain.
