This was Kenya Power’s Arrogant Answer When a Twitter User Called Them a Monopoly

Kenya Power or the guy running its Twitter account has really pissed some Kenyans on Twitter.
In reply to one @kaboro, who had expressed his disappointment with constant blackouts and called them a monopoly, Kenya Power tweeted, “Do you think Kenya Power is a monopoly? Only 25% have electricity, the rest are on paraffin? So who is the monopoly here?”
And I believe the arrogance goes far beyond social media. I for instance can attest to the rudeness of some of their customer service representatives.
