Kiss 100 radio presenter Adelle Onyango has released her debut hit ‘Faded’. The single was first aired in the Mid Morning show on Kiss 100 that she hosts. The song is the radio presenter’s debut track and her first plunge into the music industry.
Adelle has always had a passion for charity. She has therefore committed half the earnings from the song to help facilitate rape victims under an awareness foundation dubbed, No Means No.
“Faded is just my first single and I saw very helpful if I donate 50 per cent of it’s proceeds to the noble initiative. Its all for a good cause. There are so many cases of rape in the society and a lot of people are suffering in silence. I think such initiatives to sensitize the community are the right way of unearthing the silence and spread more confidence,” she told Word Is
Faded was produced by the best in the industry, Kagwe Mungai, the guy behind the new Sauti Sol smash hit “Nishike”, Jaaz Odongo, and Fena Gitu.
