PHOTO – Ugandan MP Caught Playing Solitaire on His Parliamentary iPad During Committee Meeting

Recently, Ugandan mps received free iPads from parliament, to help them go through parliamentary documents and save on paper. They were even called up to get trained, although less than 10 attended, with the rest choosing to rush to State House to witness the president sign the anti gay law.
It seems like the MPs are putting the gadgets to some really good use, playing games.
This MP by the name Hatwib Katoto was yesterday caught playing Solitaire during the defense committee meeting. I would not be surprised if the other guy with an iPad is on Temple run, or better still, Subway surfers.
