Kenyans React Angrily To Kalonzo Musyoka’s Remark To a Kikuyu Journalist

April 25, 2014

watermelonFormer Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka was in an unfamiliar territory on Thursday, after Twitter users reacted in Kenyan fashion to remarks that appeared to have tribal undertones. The leader was responding to a question by a journalist when he pointed out that the Journalist’s last name ‘says it all’.
He first asked the journalist’s name and the journalist answered as Kennedy Muriithi, to which Kalonzo said his name says it all and he had nothing more to say. Kenyans took to twitter and made Kalonzo a trending topic for the better part of the day on ‪#‎SomeoneTellKalonzoMusyoka‬.
