Comedian Nyambane has joined the growing list of entertainers joining politics. During a dinner sponsored by vice president Kalonzo Musyoka in London recently, Nyambane revealed of his ambition, adding that every human being has political interest in them.
Nyambane was the MC during Wiper’s National Delegates Conference at Kasarani, where Kalonzo was nominated for the top seat. Nyambane had earlier met Kalonzo where he was reportedly given a return ticket to the UK, to addressed Kenyans living there.
He is expected to contest for a parliamentary seat in Kisii, most probably under the wiper ticket.
Nyambane joins gospel singer Ringtone, who joined politics some time back, but fared badly during a by election. He is expected to shift his base to Kawangware in Nairobi, where he will vie for the member of parliament seat. Man Ingwe, famous for his smash hit ‘Ugali Sosa’ has also showed interest in joining politics.
