‘Girl on Fire’ Sensation Gracious Amani Inspires Size 8 to “Make Another Huge Change”

July 2, 2018

At this rate, it would be fair to say that Gracious Amani is a heaven-sent angel as she continues to take the country by storm.

Just days after she was recognised by Alicia Keys for her internet-breaking rendition of ‘Girl on Fire’, Gracious Amani has had a huge effect on gospel singer Size 8 Reborn.

Gracious, during an interview with Lillian Muli over the weekend, disclosed that Size 8 is her favorite local artiste and went ahead to explain in the most-heartwarming words why the former secular songbird ticks her boxes.

“I love Size 8’s music because she came from secular music to gospel music. That’s a very big step to take…because she used to sing dirty songs but these days she sings very inspiring songs.”

Asked which particular Size 8 song she likes, Gracious said: “I love “Mateke”, whereby she came from secular music and pushed the devil back.”

Size 8, who was seemingly watching the inspiring interview, took to Instagram last night to reveal what Amani’s words meant to her.

“Wow wow this little girls interview just blessed my heart and encouraged me so much,” wrote Size 8 in part.

The television presenter further hinted that she is about to make another huge change.

“God bless you for lifting this girl for such a time as this when you are directing me to make another huge change… this is my confirmation from the Holy Spirit to me that is time for another change. I am edified to go on changing as the Lord leads.

Size 8 continued, “When I left secular music it was one of the hardest decisions in my life to make I was called all sorts of names and accused of so many evils others said I was very stupid but every single day I see how God uses that decision to touch and transform other lives for His glory.”
