It is joy for Kevin Kimani who is now a former Tusker and Mathare United midfielder after signing a one-year contact with a South-African club named Jomo Cosmos. Kevin who has been in South Africa for trial could not hide his joy after qulifying to join the club as he was quoted saying, “I am grateful to God for this new opportunity. I will give my best to ensure the club succeeds.”
The club owned by Jomo Sono is facing relegation as it ranks 14th out of 16 teams in the South-African Premier Soccer League (PSL). Although Kimani has signed a one year deal with the club, he will still be benched before he is issued with a work permit that will see hit the pitch.
