The official Vice President residence is finally complete. The Sh 400 million property is built on a 10 acre piece of land in Karen. It comprises of several houses including two 3 bedroom maisonettes for the house keeper and the deputy. There are also houses for security officers and the rest of the staff. This is the second residence constructed for Kenya’s Vice President, after the first one was converted into personal property by former president Moi.
