No matter how many times Muranga Women Rep Sabina Chege denies any connection with suspected conman Wazir Chacha, it seems the unforgiving court of public opinion has already delivered its damning verdict.
The popular politician is still getting a lot of stick over the whole saga with her impersonator and it appears she has finally reached her boiling point. This after she retorted angrily and out of character to a Twitter user who mocked her about Wazir Chacha.
It all started when Sabina Chege posted a picture of her and other officials planting trees in Muranga County.
“Murang’a goes green. Mashinani Maneno’s,” Sabina wrote.
But a Twitter user, identified as Simon Maina, commented on the photo in Kikuyu and sarcastically asked if Chacha was among those in the picture.
He should have known better. Sabina was seemingly not in the mood for his shenanigans and replied in Kikuyu saying “Uria nyukwa” (Ask your mother).
And Simon Maina was not the only tweep who suffered a hard tackle from Sabina.
However, it was the “ask your mother” remark that seemed to excite netizens the most.
Here’s how KOT reacted:
Mhesh.. I can’t believe you can be that derogatory…esp with a fellow woman. Could you NOT refrain yourself? SAD

If you rattle a snake, expect to be bitten. Choices have consequences. This tweet was meant to degrade madam Sabina. She has every right to get angry. She’s human, I think that was a perfect answer
