American rapper William Leonard Roberts II, known professionally by his stage name Rick Ross, is coming to Nairobi in a few weeks time.
After almost two years of rumors about his impending arrival, the rapper and entrepreneur is expected in the country in April for the highly anticipated second NRG Wave concert which will be on April 28, 2017, at the Carnivore Grounds.
Nairobi Wire understands the concert deal was brokered by Wasafi Manager Babu Tale who has a good relationship with Rick Ross’ management. It is this relationship that saw Diamond collaborate with Rick Ross on the hit track – “Waka Waka.”
The show is organised by Flame 101 Company, with NRG Radio releasing the first posters.

Diamond Platnumz will also be performing at the event. A number of local hip-hop artistes will also share the stage with Rick Ross.
