
The middle-aged man, identified as Mbiti Munyao, has since been arrested and charged in court.
According to eyewitnesses, Munyao from Kinyai village, in Kangundo constituency, Machakos County, was seen on Saturday January 13 at around 6 pm pulling the two she-goats in turns from a grazing yard to a hidden bush.
He is said to have killed the animals after having the unnatural acts with them.
Area assistant Chief Mary Mulwa confirmed the incident saying the suspect was arrested by Kangundo police. He spent a night in custody before facing charges yesterday morning.
He was charged with an unnatural offense and unlawful killing of goats.
The suspect pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a sh100, 000 bond.
