It seems no one wants to buy Celine Dion’s glorious mansion.
The price of the property on Florida’s exclusive Jupiter Island has gone down significantly since it was listed in 2013.
The price tag now stands at $45.5 million, after a series of price chops over the 3 years it has been on sale. The original price was $72.5 million.
The home was custom-built and designed by Celine Dion herself.
She and her late husband Reneé Angélil bought the lot in 2005 for $12.5 million and the adjacent mansion in 2008 for $7 million.
The 5.5-acre property has views of the Atlantic Ocean, a four-bedroom guesthouse, a simulated golf range, pool house, and three separate pools.
The main house measures 10,000 feet and has 5 bedrooms.
