As Uganda goes To The Ballot, This Councillor Candidate is Probably the Oldest Active Politician

Uganda keeps complaining that their President has refused to retire.
When they go to the ballots in the next 4 weeks, Museveni is expected to retain his seat. He knows it and everyone knows it. He refused to turn up for the Presidential debate, and he must have been laughing on his couch watching his rivals fight over a seat that was not on offer.
Anyhow, it seems not only the top leaders refuse to go home. This Councillor candidate looks extremely old. The guy must be approaching 100.
