Award-winning digital content creator Murugi Munyi(formerly Yummy Yummy) is the proud owner of a brand new Land Rover Discovery.
The ‘The Messy Inbetween’ (TMI) podcaster took to social media Thursday to flaunt the self-gifted luxury SUV.
The Pulse YouTube Influencer of the Year 2022 said she gifted herself the ride because she has been putting in the work as a wife and as a mother.
Murugi Munyi also disclosed she has named her new car, Shaba, Swahili for Bronze.
“Murugi wa Disco 🤩 Meet my new machine.. Shaba. Named her that cause it’s Swahili for Bronze 😍 A gift from me to me for all my hard work, for being a great mom and wife and for never ever ever giving up on myself even when I felt like it! 2023 – mwaka wa baraka!'” she wrote.
The Discovery is an upgrade from a Toyota Vanguard which she recently let go of. She had planned to upgrade last year but she instead invested the money in a clothing, handbags and accessories store in Lavington, Nairobi.
It was a great 2022 for the content creator who also bagged the Pulse Podcast Influencer of the Year and Instagram Influencer of the Year awards.
