A section of the Thika Superhighway will be closed partially for three days beginning Friday, July 31, 2020.
The Kenya National Highways Authority, in a public notice on Tuesday, said a section of the busy highway at the Kenya School of Monetary Studies will be closed for motorists from Friday to Sunday.
The section will be closed from 9:30 PM and 4:30 AM to allow the erection of a footbridge at the said junction.
KeNHA noted that motorists will be diverted to the service lanes.
“We request motorists to exercise caution around the work areas and to comply with the proposed traffic management plan and directions given by traffic marshals,” the notice reads.
