The beef pitting Tanzania’s Ray C and Hamisa Mobetto has turned ugly after the veteran songbird accused the model of being a homewrecker.
The Insta-beef started when Ray C, without mentioning names, alluded that Hamisa’s boutique stocks fake designer wear from China.
“When you think you’ve worn Fendi designs while in reality, it is Feni. Chinese textile manufacturers are not good people. It’s better if you design your own clothes; rarely would you find another person sporting a cloth similar to yours,” posted Ray C.
She later pulled down the post but not before Hamisa had seen it and accused Ray C of bringing down a fellow woman instead of supporting.
“Your fellow woman starts up business and instead of supporting her you’re the first to criticize,” the translated post reads in part.
Hamisa should have known better. Ray C hit back reminding her that she is a case of the pot calling the kettle black.
“You complain about your business being destroyed but you’re first to wreck people’s homes.”
Ray C further claimed that her earlier post about fake clothes was not about Hamisa as she did not mention her name.
