Gospel singer Benson Ongachi popularly known as Benachi has called out to his fans to pray for him after he fell ill early this week.
The ‘Mwanake’ hitmaker took to his Instagram page to share photos from his hospital bed after he was admitted.
“I just got admitted at the hospital. Please pray for me”, he wrote.
He has, however, not revealed what he is ailing from but the pictures suggest it could be something serious with the artist looking weak and helpless.
His wife, Joan, also penned a cryptic post on social media suggesting Benachi’s condition is really serious.
She wrote: “Sometimes Things can get really worse. It was almost too late for Benachi. Please Pray for Benachi”
The Gospel artist relocated to the US in 2015 to join his family. He wed his longterm girlfriend Joan in December last year.
UPDATE: The singer is now stable and recovering well.
His wife, Mrs Benachi updated his fans on social media on Tuesday evening writing: “Thank you for your prayers, phone calls, and text messages. My husband is doing much better. He is well, stable and recovering.”
