Behold! KAA 001A… The First Car to Be Registered Under Current System

Look what we found.
The first car to be registered under the current vehicle registration system – KAA 001A. This must have been in 1990.
Before then, the system was jumbled u;. KYB, KTN, KPA etc.
There has been calls to replace this current system but at the moment we’re holding on.
Anyway, the first car under this system happened to be a Range Rover. You’ll be surprised that it’s still operational.
If Kenya had serious collectors, this should be in home museum somewhere.
