What was previously unheard of, has not become a common scene in Nairobi in recent weeks. Lions escaping from the Nairobi National Park and loitering in Langata and Mombasa Road.
This morning, one was spotted along Mombasa Road near City Cabanas. One person was reported injured and rushed to Mater Hospital.
According to KWS, it goes by the name Cheru. In this video, it can be seen running near the fence of Kaysalt building as motorists rolled down their windows and hooted.
