A Nakuru chief is the newest internet sensation after a video of him looking drunk as a skunk went viral on Tuesday.
In the clip, the chief who can only be identified as Joseph, is heard dismissing Uhuru Kenyatta’s directive to ban illicit brew saying he must drink.
Worse still, the chief is clad in his official uniform and declares that he must drink because he is circumcised.
The incident is believed to have happened last week when President Uhuru Kenyatta was on tour in Nakuru County.
