Muthaiga may be the ‘old money estate’ in Nairobi, but don’t be mistaken… it’s still a lot of money.
The people living there love them grandiose, and that explains the prices of houses over there. Some time back, a house at Magnolia Hills was listed for Sh600 million, and was branded ‘Kenya’s most luxurious house’.
Now, we’ve bumped into another house in Muthaiga that is going for Sh750 million. Actually, it was listed in August last year but still no word on whether a buyer has been found.

The 5 bedroom mansion seats a 3.1 acres of land, which probably explains its high price. It has a garage for two cars, but with all that land, you can sure as hell fit in tens of vehicles.
