Spotted in Upper Hill: Electricity Pole in The Middle of a Tarmac Road

The confusion in this country always perplexes me.
How in God’s name did the contractor making this road in Upper Hill leave the electricity pole in the middle. I know Kenya Power is responsible, but at least they should have coordinated.
The funny thing is this is not the first time. A few years ago, an electricity pole remained in the middle of the road at Kariokor for weeks.
