Jaguar Was Doing This Before His NACADA Appointmentment (PHOTOS)

When he dropped the hit song ‘Mwaka Huu’ early this year, Jaguar put his point across that he would be shocking us this year. He has indeed or rather someone else has by appointing him as a board member in NACADA, the agency that fights drug abuse in Kenya.
His appointment was one of the shockers in a gazette notice published on Monday of parastatal appointees.
A day before the appointment, Jaguar was doing what he does best..spreading cheer and love to the less fortunate in the society. The hitmaker spent his Sunday in Mathare slums bonding with the residents.
