Luxury Car Maker Porsche To Set up Shop in Nairobi

It’s great news for luxury car enthusiasts, particularly Porsche lovers in Kenya. In a few months time, German automaker, Porsche, is set up to open an outlet in the country.
Porsche has appointed Multiple Group as the franchise manager for the East and Central Africa market. James Lawson, the director of Ledbury Research, was quoted saying, “Porsche is set to enter the Kenyan market this year.”
According to a recent Wealth Report, Kenya’s ultra high net worth individuals (those with Sh2.6 billion in assets) are set to increase significantly in the next few years, providing a market for luxury spending.
The move by Porsche is probably guided by that.
