On Monday Kenya Red Cross owned Emergency Medical Services (E-plus), handed 6 ambulances to Bomet County, as part of a lease MOU.
The ambulances are in the categories of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS), and are manned by trained paramedics. They will be distributed to the sub-counties in Bomet.
The move comes barely a day after 70 ambulances for Machakos County were offloaded at the port of Mombasa.
