Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero yesterday received his Photoshopped portrait dubbed ‘Kidero Unchained, the Waititu is silent’, after the movie ‘Django Unchained (2012)‘.
Two gentlemen, Joe Kiragu and Chris Kamau from Shutterville Studios presented him with the well packaged copy of the picture in his office.
The governor then tweeted.
I appreciate the arts industry and will stand by my commitment to supporting talent development in this sector
The picture hit social media some weeks back and was even featured on Nairobi Wire Friday’s ‘Photo Shop’ section immediately after the elections.
The creator of the image still remains a mystery, but he/she was inspired by this poster.
