After their latest game where Real Madrid thrashed Real Sociedad 5-1, Cristiano ronaldo has become the club’s number 10 top goal scorer of all time. He also become the fastest to reach the 100 goal landmark for Real Madrid after scoring a brace against Real Sociedad. That was his 92 nd game. 

CR7 now has now scored 1 goal for every 131 Real Madrid games he has played. If he continues with his form next season, then he is expected to reach at least no. 6 on the top scorers list. If Cristiano finds a true home in Real Madrid, and stays there for a long time, then he is will be well on course to shatter all records, considering Real’s top scorer, Raul Gonzalez took 15 years to set his 323 goal record.

Were CR7 to remain at Real for at least 5 more seasons, it would be safe to say that Raul’s record is in danger. Last year, Cristiano won the Pichichi, for being La liga’s top scorer, with his goals standing at 41. This season so far, CR7 has seen the back of the net, 35 times, same as Leo Messi. Last years record will therefore most likely be broken.
