The Jubilee Party headquarters which is housed at the Emani Business Centre in Pangani, Nairobi is up for auction.
In an advertisement in the dailies on Monday, Garam Investments Auctioneers invited interested bidders to an auction on Tuesday, September 13 at their headquarters offices in Westlands.
“All that parcel of land known as LR no 209/1530 Emani Business Centre along Thika Road, Pangani area registered under Farmer Industry Limited, with a plinth area of 34, 000 square feet,” part of the auctioneers’ advertisement reads.
The property is registered under Florence Wairimu Mbugua of Farmers Industry Limited.
To take part in the bidding, bidders will be required to produce a bidding deposit of Sh5 million by way of cash or bankers cheque.
The President Uhuru Kenyatta-led Jubilee party used the seven-storey building as its nerve centre in the 2013 and 2017 polls.
