Boniface Mwangi yesterday posted a video of a hit and run accident, where a rogue driver overlapping hits a rider.
The driver does not even bother to slow down to check on the status of his/her victim. This is despite the fact that he/she was not only overlapping, but was doing it on the wrong side’s service lane.
