Women MPs Earn High Marks for Leadership and Service Delivery
The findings point to growing public recognition of women lawmakers who remain visible in their constituencies while actively participating in Parliament. According to the survey, many of the highest-ranked MPs have built strong reputations through constituency development projects, legislative contributions, government oversight, and regular engagement with residents.
Infotrak assessed public satisfaction by examining key performance indicators, including service delivery, accessibility, responsiveness to constituents, and the overall quality of representation.
Constituents Demand Greater Accountability
The survey also suggests that Kenyan voters are becoming more demanding when evaluating the performance of their elected leaders.
Beyond development projects, constituents are increasingly judging MPs on how frequently they engage with the public, how quickly they respond to community concerns, how effectively they manage constituency resources, and how actively they contribute to legislation and oversight in Parliament.
The latest rankings reflect these evolving expectations, rewarding lawmakers who maintain a visible presence both in their constituencies and in the National Assembly while delivering measurable results for the people they represent.
