Veteran radio personality Maina Kageni is finally ready to quit the airwaves.

The Classic 105 radio presenter announced he is planning to hang up the microphone during his morning breakfast show on Thursday.

Maina Kageni said he is planning to retire next year. He however did not disclose the exact date.

The 47-year-old told his cohost King’ang’i that after quitting the Radio Africa-owned station, he will take entrepreneurship in Miami.

“Come next year I am done. I will be retiring from this radio job. I plan on running a club in Miami,” Kageni said.

The radio presenter also said he will relocate to Miami where he owns a Condo.

“I will be living in my condo. I bought it kitambo. I thought we talked about this” he said.
