Controversial gospel hitmaker Ringtone has unleashed his first single of the year; “This Year.”
Coming six months after the highly acclaimed “Wacha Iwe” with Gloria Muliro, “This Year” has seen Ringtone cross border to West Africa to secure the services of one of the most successful gospel singers out of Nigeria- Ada Ehi.
Ada is a highly acclaimed International singer-songwriter, recording, and performing artist who has increasingly gained local and international popularity through her songs and music videos since she professionally started her music career in 2009.
In 2017, she was listed in YNaija‘s list of “100 Influential Christian Personalities in Nigeria”. She also won the 2017 Groove Awards for West African Artist of the Year.
This new East meets West single- “This Year”- is a declaration of the good things that God will do in our lives this year. It encourages us not to worry because God has a good plan and the time for his plans to manifest is this season.
In addition to its powerful feel-good message and vibes, “This Year” boasts a top quality video directed by Nigeria’s top gospel music video director, Lawrence Omo-Iyare.
